Leap Day, the 29th of February. Did you know that the last day of February in a leap year is known as the day on which tradition may be reversed and women are permitted to propose marriage to their hesitant lovers. The originator of this is reputed to be the Irish St Bridget, who complained to St Patrick that women were often forced to wait too long for reluctant men to pop the question. As a result, Patrick granted the opportunity once every four years for women to take the initiative. In the great year of our lord, 1288, a Scottish law was enacted that made it a fine for men who refused such proposals.
I'm sure you all know about the Corona virus and how it is spreading throughout the world. If you read the papers you'll seen President Trump is clueless about the seriousness of this epidemic. The other day he called it "The Flu" and said it would be gone by summer. Experts (The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or CDC) are saying something different, they are saying we don't know yet!
Now some will have you believe that Donald Trump is an enemy of the CDC because he has called all government organizations "part of the deep state." Well, I have to argue in defense of Trump on this one because if he didn't believe in the importance of the CDC why would he have allowed them to research the odor of a woman's vagina to see why it smells like a fish on his watch?
So for the last four days the stocks are crashing and the rich are getting a taste of their version of stagnant wages. That's right, Sir Donald Trump is telling us how great the economy is but we know it isn't; okay, so what, we have a decent job, but we are paying high medical deductibles, high tollway tolls (a tax on us while the wealthy bastards make a bundle on our commute, another benefit to cutting their taxes which would have paid for public highways), and our wages have the same purchasing power as they did forty years ago.

So in current news things are bad. Seems Donald Trump might finally have been revealed as the inept leader of the free world that he is. Up to now he has lied about everything from the size of the inauguration crowd on his first day in office to the U.S. economy today is the best in history. Of course the Corporate Sponsored News -- including MSNBC ya'll -- doesn't mention it, instead they give you an opinion on the size of Donald Trump's hands.
However, Trumps most current lie doesn't seem to be as easy for the Corporate Press to perpetuate due to the fact the world is dying and the stock market is crashing. There is a disease sweeping the world called The Corona Virus and Trump and his inept government appointees have done nothing. Which is okay if you follow the true Republican Spirit. And if you have any balls stand up and say, "Less Government Means Let The Poor Bastards Die, at least until it becomes a threat to the top 1%, until then, go f*&k yourself." Unfortunately, the spineless Republicans today won't tell you the truth and so Trump lied the other day by saying, “We’re very close to a
vaccine.” When in fact, it is probably the first time he's thought of problem -- the guy tweets daily and has never once mentioned the Corona virus: obviously it's not on his list of things to do, or should I say, crooks to pardon. Well, watching your Democratic coverage from Nicole Wallace and everyone else has really made me sick. I’m a 60 year old, Democrat, living in Dallas Texas, and can’t believe your team keeps considering Bernie a joke! Who do they think they are? The people are speaking.
I thought you should know this. I am certain your numbers will be going down soon. I have now put you up there with Fox News, which I avoid like cooking shows and God TV.

I am not an “militant Bernie” follower or whatever else you want to call them. I am a moderate who sees Donald Trump has given us a window to elect our first real liberal president since JFK. This is the story. To suggest other is the “militant” in this mix.

If you have been watching MSNBC, the supposedly “liberal” voice of the news, you see their true colors when the commentator Chris Matthews, a former Republican Light speech writer for our last real Christian President, Democrat Jimmy Carter, call Bernie Sanders “the child of Satan (I paraphrase, he worded it differently)”. Yesterday, Honorable Chris Matthews even likened Bernie’s victory in Nevada to when Nazis Germany invaded France. WTF!
Yes, the corporate media is freaking, and the wealthy 1% is doing everything it can to derail Bernie again as they did four years ago when Bernie ran against Madame Republican Light herself: Hilary Clinton. If you remember Bernie won the majority vote back then but the Democrats used a thing called “Super Delegates” to give her the nomination. They don't deserve affordable housing and free medical coverage at our expense. So when Donald Trump bragged about his "deregulation" creating today's economy, he is full of Donald Trump bullshit. Trumps deregulation has allowed drilling on protected lands and worse of all, as reported everywhere but Fox News:

What a difference 50's years makes.
