CIA for war, not peace, sad but true.

So the CIA has declassified thousands of documents under the Freedom of Information Act and guess what, they were conducting psychic experiments on non other than Uri Geller in the 1970's in an attempt to weaponize psychic abilities.   Yes, Geller was brought to the Stanford Research Institute in 1972 as part of the "Stargate Program,"  which is really messed up because until now the CIA has been saying that the Stargate Program was started in 1978.  Nonetheless, it is really crazy to think that they tried to "weaponize" someone's psychic powers for war.  Now, if they would have tried using them for something like, oh, I don't know: WORLD PEACE, heck wouldn't that achieve the same results?

Sad but true.
